Very good location, in walking distance to key spot , shopping and dining areas. They also offer us a free drink per person during our stay. And gave us n upgrade room so we can be in the same floor with the other couple we were traveling, that was great!.

The best feature of this hotel is its exceptional staff, who went out of their way to assist and made my stay truly comfortable. I am particularly grateful to Tanya, Facundo, and the gentleman of Argentinian origin with gray hair who worked the night shifts from the 18th to the 21st—my apologies for forgetting your name. The lady who managed the breakfast service was equally outstanding. I noticed she had marked me as a vegetarian on her list, and indeed I was offered several thoughtful options to choose from. This level of attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality that made us feel right at home. Everything was perfect! The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well isolated from noise. The AC worked perfectly. We also appreciated the many amenities, such as the welcome cocktail and complimentary drinking water. The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions and places to visit. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
