ToviMar Apartments

The view was lovely. Well-equipped apartment including a washing machine. Close to the beach. Also close to the cable car station with bus stop and taxi rank, which made getting around easy if you didn't want to brave the steep climb to the town centre.

The lift was very slow and could not accommodate more than three people and you weren't allowed to use the stairs. No European plug sockets with two local adaptors which made charging devices for the whole family more difficult.

Loved the location!

Stationnement difficile et dispendieux. Porte de la terrasse qui se barre automatiquement si on la ferme de l’extérieur. Avons dû passer par un fenêtre étroite pour retrouver vers l’intérieur. Machine à café qui prend des capsules uniquement disponible du propriétaire ( $)

Самое лучшее расположение, хорошие апартаменты с двумя уборными. Наличие сейфа. Было все необходимое для проживания. Лифт очень уместен для подьема и спуска чемоданов. Прекрасный балкон с наличием умывальника и гриля.

Плохая звукоизоляция, если вы захотите пообщаться и посмеяться (пошуметь) это будет слышно вашим соседям, как, соответственно, и вам будет слышно ваших соседей.

The views were amazing! Location close to everything.

The elevator was extremely slow and you only get one key to the property.

This accommodation was unfortunately one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The actual condition of the apartment did not match the description or the photos, which are misleading. Our surprise at the run-down condition was commented on by the owner with the words: "This is lowcost." Description vs. reality: 1) The apartment is listed under ToviMar Apartments, but it actually has a different address number and is located a few meters away. The photo of the elevator is therefore misleading. The entrance to La Scogliera apartment is directly from the street. 2) The apartment is not as bright as it may seem in the pictures; both rooms have no windows to the outside. Only the ground floor room has two skylights, one leading to the bathroom and the other to the hallway. The upper room has no window at all. 3) The apartment does not have two bedrooms, a living room, and a patio. It only has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, and a kitchen. If you consider the kitchen area as a balcony, then yes, you can call it a patio—or even a living room or kitchen. 4) The apartment had a strong smell of dampness, mold, and humidity. It is not suitable for allergy sufferers. 5) The apartment is not soundproof. The plastic windows are only installed with silicone, which is visible in the evening. Old, broken, or dirty: 1) Used dirty sponge for dishes 2) Most pots were not suitable for an induction stove 3) Broken shower hose holder 4) Mold in the shower, which cannot be closed 5) Dirty towel on the floor 6) Sealed light switch in the bathroom 7)Loose toilet seat 8) Stains on bed linen, chair cushions, and towels 9) Ubiquitous silverfish 10) Dead cockroach/cicada in the kitchen Parking: The owner recommends paid parking (€20), but in reality it costs another €20 per day and another €20 per night. The gate closes at 7 PM and opens at 8 AM. I recommend moving your car to the cable car parking lot at 6 PM when spaces start to free up.
