The hotel has beautiful architecture, it is well located, and has good restaurants. Room was ample, clean, and a super comfortable bed. I appreciated the windows and the views, as I always like to be able to open windows and breathe some fresh air.

The bathroom didn't have much space to hang towels and other things, just a tiny inconvenience.

Tienen prendidos unos generadores eléctricos en el área de la alberca y el ruido, durante toda la noche, es demencial. No se puede dormir. El precio resulta alto, para estar en un hotel con ese problema de ruido.

After a dreadful Airbnb experience, we wised up and moved to the Fiesta Americana in Merida. Finding this sanctuary rescued our holiday, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Merida. Everything was absolutely perfect -- the accommodations, staff, food, location, decor, pool, gym. I haven't been so impressed by a hotel in ages, but this property rose to the occasion.
