"Amazing Hotel"

It was a very pleasant stay with this hotel. I highly recommend it if you are in K-town. It was clean, close to the train station, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful!

"Great for personal get away's or work trips"

The owner was really friendly and accommodating. The room were large with a great garden view. Very quiet. Breakfast was yummy. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay. Can only recommend it.

"sehr gehobenes „nettes“ Mittelklassehotel."

Professioneller und sehr freundlicher Empfang (wie man es leider in so manchem Hotel unterschiedlicher Klassen) nicht erlebt), wurde vor Anreise kontaktiert um auch relativ späten Checkin sicherzustellen. Sehr ordentlich und nett eingerichtet. Super Lage als Bahnreisender, 10 min zu fuss von Südausgang des Hbf. KL und mehrere Supermärkte um die Ecke! Mein Zimmer hatte auch einen Balkon als i-Tüpfelchen

"Pleasant stay"

My first time in Germany was simply breathtaking. I spent 3 months on a work project and my reactions were WOW! The small town of Kaiserslautern was amazing. Plenty of shops and food and adult beverages of all kinds for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was cozy and very well kept. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. The manager, who I can't remember her name to save my life, was splendid! She made sure we all had our needs met. The breakfast was amazing. May I remind you, there are very limited rooms with a/c. But with the nice weather, there was no need for an a/c. I highly recommend Hotel Zollamt.

"All your creature comforts tended to... in style!"

Design Hotel Zollamt outdid themselves once again. I had a group of my business associates rushed in on short notice. All logistics and eventuallities changed several times, but never a challenge nor a problem for the ZOLLAMT Team! Warm, welcoming, individualised, many languages spoken, tending to vegetarians routinely, ... and all this at fair tariffs. Many thanks. We will definitely be back.

""A Diamond in the Rhineland""

Literally a true home feeling: Home away from home. This hotel has it all: A very warm staff, friendly, courteous and go far and beyond to make your stay comfortable, very clean and elegantly decorated reception, rooms and the nice restaurant where you enjoy an excellent breakfast (Caters breakfast only). The owners Doris and Hubert are great hosts, simply put: a wonderful couple. The receptionists (Jennifer, Tania and Rachel) are very friendly and love their job. Highly recommended hotel :)
