Pool should be fixed.

The front desk person was gone and left us standing at an unattended desk for 15 minutes waiting to check in while she was outside smoking. The pool is not used and area is just used to store junk. There is no breakfast even though online it says it serves breakfast. The side door to entry has a locking card pad but it is not used and the door is unlocked all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Very sketchy to say the least. I wouldn't have stayed there is I hadn't already paid for it ahead of time when I booked online.

Musty smell and weird sounding AC but overall clean and good sleep. Could hear neighbors tv on but slept anyway.

Smoky rooms, no elevators. Night sraff very helpful and pleasant. Day help could barely speak to you it answer hello when spoken too.

Location was nothing special. Not too far from Little Poland, which was of some interest.

It is an industrial area, so there is nothing directly around, either in terms of interest or food

The staff were cordial and check in/out was easy. Room pretty big.

Non-smoking room stank strongly of smoke, Saggy mattress, tired bath linens and torn upholstery. Worn/dirty carpets throughout. No breakfast that was indicated to be included. Pool closed indefinitely.

It wasn't the worst hotel we've stayed in. Not super clean, ATM didn't work to get cash out for deposit, no usb plug-ins to charge phones, holes in sheets & pillow cases, beds were hard, & hallway smelled heavily of smoke.
