The owner is super rude. Don't ever choose this place. Really unsafe experience. Don't believe the photos its a scam. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Please please please!

Diese Unterkunft ist nichts für schwache Nerven und man sollte sich überlegen, ob man nach einem langen Flug hier ankommen möchte. Dieser Ort bietet keine Sicherheit oder Gemütlichkeit. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität und sind irreführend. Die Superlative des Titels versinnbildlicht das absolute Gegenteil dessen, was auf diese Unterkunft zutrifft. Zunächst einmal ist es nahezu unmöglich zu finden, zudem gibt es keine konkrete Wegbeschreibung. Es ist niemand vor Ort und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich als äußerst mühselig und missverständlich heraus. Der Ansprechpartner reagierte genervt und sehr unfreundlich, sogar unverschämt. Der Preis ist wirklich günstig für diese Lage, aber die Zustände dafür katastrophal. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht nutzbar, da sich darin Ratten und weiteres Ungeziefer aufhalten. Dafür bleibt nur der Aufzug. Der Geruch in der gesamten Unterkunft ist unangenehm, in unserem Zimmer jedoch war er unerträglich. Ein Frühstück wird zwar angeboten, aber diese Erfahrung wollten wir uns sparen. Der Check out findet in einem sehr kleinen Zeitrahmen statt und weder davor noch danach ist es möglich, andernfalls verfällt der Anspruch auf die Kaution von 400HKD - was nebenbei erwähnt bei dieser Unterkunft völlig unverständlich ist. Auf Wünsche der Gäste wird nicht eingegangen - man wird hier generell nicht als Gast behandelt. Alles in allem abenteuerlich, aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Not safe to stay, very dirty, broken faucet, no light in the washroom, sharp edges of tiles( i got cut) and very rude owner. He only wants money. Worst stay ever!! Dont ever stay there.

Unpleasant experience.

When I arrive, I waited for the caretaker to attend to me around 45 mins. He shouted and humiliated me in the building. Asked for deposit of $400 HKD (I don’t know if too much or normal) I booked a room for 2 and attempted to ask for additional $100 for my companion. The room is not ideal for stay. Only one person can stand and the other one stays sat down. Literally “coffin room”. Returns only half of my deposit even if he told me check out is 10-11am and I checked out 10:45am! TOTAL SCAM! Not worth the money, almost ruined my trip! I ended up staying in a hotel!!!!

Check-in was a terrible experience. Zero customer service, and the manager treats customers like criminals. The room's toilet was unusable without a toilet seat and would not flush properly. The room itself was not cleaned, and had broken floor tiles. The rooms are not well-maintained. The air conditioner did not work properly. The television did not work at all. The manager will claim they provide a good service for the cost, however, this is not the case. This place is a slum, not a hostel. As someone who has stayed in quite a few hostels, this one is by far the worst I've ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Worst hotel experience for my life so far. At check in, a blonded hair tip dark skin guy had a conversation with me similar to below, impressive: " our check out time is 10 to 11" "Can I be a little early or late just in case I was in middle of things?" "No our check out time is 10 to 11" "Ok" "So what time are you checking out?" "10 to 11" "What time are you checking out?" "How exact the time you need?" "You are asking too many questions, what time are you checking out?" "10:20 to 10:30 then" He explained to me their staff is living far and need long transport time, then started lecturing me for a few minutes and repeated a few times that for the low price I paid should not expect stay like a king, if not because of some reason (Expedia penalty?) he would cancel my booking and let me go, and I shouldn't book their hotel next time. What?! I travelled quite a bit lately to HK from mainland and every time solo I stayed in the cheapest or 2nd cheapest single room, the experience was all from good to very good. The guy is in the wrong industry, and not well informed. The room, toilet did not flush, no leg room so had to sit to the side, room door stuck to floor and needed to be pushed open etc. For a night, I wouldn't waste the time of my tonge. But haha its so odd I still remember

This is the most unforgettable, worst, and scariest guest house I have ever stayed in in my life. First of all, the boss's attitude is very bad and rude. When you stay here, you will be treated like a prisoner. The room is super filthy, so filthy that you will have If you have sensitive skin, there will be a group of rats running around outside your room in the middle of the night. The screams of those rats will be unforgettable for your whole life. I couldn't sleep at night for fear of rats entering the room. After staying here for a long time, I often had nightmares. I dreamed that the room was full of mice and it was so dirty that the mice would run into the bed.
