I waited 10 t ok 25 min to check in as lobby was not staffed. I tried using the door bell and calling the local number with no response. When he did finally come out, I stated I had been waiting for 20 min and he said I know and did not care. Facility was overall very dirty and not kept up. First room I was given was not clean, stains on condition, sheets and all pillow cases. Desk had glitter, makeup, and hair all over it. I was given another room after being questioned and made to show pictures that room was not clean. Second room was a little cleaner, one of the pillow cases had shoe prints on it.

The room was well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. I found it to be clean, and very accommodating to my needs being in a wheelchair. The breakfasts smelled wonderful, but I did not have any as I was attending a conference which provided breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional.

This is petty and only applicable due to my being in a wheelchair, but the front door was on an uphill grade to enter with a threshold that just loved catching my wheels and making it difficult to enter the building. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly and often held the door for me, making entry much easier. This is only a thing to be aware of for people in wheelchairs. No one else would likely even notice it.

Location and reasonably comfy.

Staff made recommendations to eat at locations that proved to be closed. The walls of the bedroom were very thin enabling the sounds from other guests to filter through.
