Incredible location right by the sea, the apartment was clean and well-kept, had everything we needed. it was a lovely space to stay in over the long weekend.

Beautiful location, right on the esplanade. I thought parking would be an issue, but it was fine and we managed to get a spot each afternon, right out front. The bathroom had been recently renovated in a compact 1 bedroom apartment. It has everything to self cater, although the kitchen is tad small, but we managed. The property manager Andrew was friendly and very professional. We enjoyed our 2 nights and would highly recommend this stay.

The location is great - amazing views of the sea, you can see right to Tynmouth! Comfortable beds and nice and quiet. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Good also to have coffee, tea, milk and biscuits as well.

We were in apartment 5, and there are quite a fee steps up to it - 4 flights of stairs. 2 of them have stair lifts, which makes it a bit more challenging lugging the suitcase past etc.

Superb location, responsive and kind hosts, lots of thoughtful touches. We stay here every year and it is always lovely.
