"One hotel we will not stay again!"

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. As a diamond member we were informed a $15 credits per guest per day on food and beverage. We had breakfast there on both days. We were only credited $30 for 2 people for 1 day, not 2 days. I was on the phone for 53 minutes with both Hilton and this hotel regarding this problem. According to the hotel customer service rep, C. Delacruz that it's their hotel policy that no credits will be given on the day you check-out. We have stayed in many Hilton Hotels around the world and have never ever heard of that hotel breakfast will not be included on the day you check-out. At the end, C. Delacruz did not want to deal with me on the phone anymore and unwillingly credited me the $30 credits for the 2nd day. This is one hotel we will never ever stay in the future.

I’m from Pleasanton so I know of this location being very convenient, next to the highway, and shops.

I don’t like the parking situation, many people are stuck parking in the back with their valuables further away than others. This location has been run down since the development of properties in the area.
