Great staff lovely and clean easy to get to slamdunk festival to and from

Car park is atrocious. There was no space when we arrived and it's SO TIGHT to get around I scraped all the back of my car trying to get vaxk out. Lots of other parking nearby. When I arrived a parking attendant said it happens all the time with the hotel carpark so many people have damaged their cars and there is no way of knowing if their carpark is full before you go in either.

The hotel and staff were very nice and friendly very clean , good location not far from the train station but it was a dark tunnel you had to walk under to get back and too to town and The hotel was full of homeless people sleeping there 😔

The carpark is a definite no go it's far to small for standard sizes cars , spoken to 5/6 people bin the lifts who all said the same one guy had badly damaged this car it says on the out side of the entrance carpark is very small and tight drive slowly,this should be made aware of at the time of booking if I new this before bi wouldn't of booked this hotel

Let’s start with the positives. Location is great for Leeds city centre, shopping eating and drinking. The hotel check in is easy and staff very helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the staff make it an enjoyable experience. The improvements. We were given Room 923 which was an accessible room. A nice space around the bedroom and the bathroom had a walking showers with a seat. The toilet and sink area was tight to sit comfortably as the sink is literally on top of the toilet seat making it difficult to get on and off. Sadly another hotel room designed by an able person and not thinking of a wheel chair person. I was told at check out that this would be passed onto a manager, but I doubt it.

Really lovely stay wonderful breakfast clean room with Yorkshire tea bags ! Staff friendly although there is a drainy smelling the lifts ! Thank you We loved room 812 !

Very close to the venue we were visiting, just a 15 minute walk and was easy to find from the motorway.

The bed was really uncomfortable, it was like lying on a rock all night. Our check out time was 12md and we received a call in the room at 11:05 from reception asking us when we were checking out, never had this happen before at any other hotel we’ve stayed in. We ordered 2 cocktails at the bar and were charged £50 for the 2 drinks as they weren’t on the cocktail menu. Well overpriced!! The car park was terrifying to get out of, the turn to get down the ‘out’ ramp had me squealing in fear for my car paintwork.
