"NOT IN BANGKOK"

It says on hotels.com that the resort is in bangkok, this is wrong!! It even has a location on the map from bangkok. I was sick and needed a place to stay close to Where i was. So i went to the place on the map and there was no resort, really irritating! I payed in advance and have still not got my money back, so if the manager reads this then please wire my money back!
