Lousy management at the reception. Extremely late check in. Had to wait for 3 hours till getting the room. Vouchers took too long to be delivered. I lost one day of my 2 days visit!! The staff was nice however they didn’t offer any kind of compensation for that messy management.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel except that the room was not cleaned well dusty and it was not hygiene as it should be. Breakfast is good. One small elevator for all guests which you have to wait for long time and that is discussing. Room services good room missing mirrors except bathroom mirror and that is very weird. No private beach for hotel guests, only public beach which you have to pay for it and it is not cheap, hotel should arrange with beach management to accommodate hotel guests or provide a voucher for hotel guests to enter the beach, what’s a hotel without a beach we already paid a fortune for the rooms a beach entrance voucher is a must. I urge hotel management to make such arrangements. Other than the negative points listed above which is essentially required all good.

I stayed at the views for a weekend with my wife. All of the staff that we came into contact with were very professional from the daytime receptionists to the cleaners. The room was very nice with a view of the sea, although the layout of the rooms could be better to enjoy the views while relaxing in the room. All seemed perfect until we tried to sleep, the room next door played music from 21:00 to continued to play loud music right through until 01:29 The music only stopped after phoning the reception twice to complain the first time I phoned down, the second call was from my wife. The music started again at 06:49, therefore leaving us very tired after a sleepless night. In the morning we could hear the curtains being opened in the room next door, the walls are that thin. This is not the kind of stay we had envisaged, we where very disappointed and will not be staying there again, not until they soundproof the rooms. I raised a complaint with the customer care department and received the following response. "Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologies to hear that. Reference to your complaint against Views Hotel, we have addressed this with the hotel and they stated that they will make sure this inconvenient experience won't happen again". No matter how nice a Hotel appears if you don't get a good nights sleep due noise, then the anticipated relaxing weekend is a waste of time and leaves you more stressed and tried than when you arrived

I had to change my room two times because the lights were broken in the first room, the AC in the second. The guy from the reception charged me 400 sar for laundry ar bay la sun without mentioning that they have their own self-service laundry. A hotel of thieves with a bad maintenance

We spent a wonderful weekend at Views hotel KAEC, as recommended by a friend. The reception staff welcomed us with a warm smile on their face, which made us feel home instantly. It is an excellent facility in terms of built quality and location. As the name goes the views is fantastic from the hotel especially at night. The room was spotless. The staff took our requests very politely and served us in no time, even though they were very busy during the weekend. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. facing red see. Really enjoyed the morning work out! An infinity pool facing the sea would make the hotel 100 times better. Hope there will be breakfast available for quests when we visit next time. We would like to thank the entire views family for making the weekend an unforgettable one! Mr.Bander at the reception shows you exactly how one should treat the guests even under pressure.

The Views is actually a nice new place with great staff at the reception. Nonetheless, it’s the little things which makes the difference! If you book and pay for sea view you expect to get it. If you enter a suite and you find hidden in the kitchenette the half eaten amenities of the guests before you are not amused. By the way, what sense makes a kitchenette without plates or cutlery and so on? And it’s not funny as well to get hurt by broken toys which were hidden under the pillows of the couch in the living area. Last but not least, I am actually a fan of recycling but to find only two used shower gel and shampoo in a four bed hotel suite is really extrem! It didn’t surprise me when we went to the restaurant in the morning that the booked and payed breakfast was not booked in the IT-system. The collaboration between the hotel and Booking.com has space for improvement. But to be fair, the staff at reception is really great and very helpful - many thanks! Every problem and inconvenience got solved and we had an enjoyable stay after a rough and rocky start...

I spend half the year traveling for business and would say that the Views Hotel is one of the more memorable ones I've stayed at. I've been staying here 3 nights a week for the last 6 weeks and have always had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and sleek - just my style. The service is consistently good, and I feel comfortable and relaxed here. Wifi is decent & free, and there's a state of the art gym to burn off those late night working/snacking calories. Pros: Brand new Location (near the beach walk and next to Starbucks) Well furnished Good lighting Shower pressure is decent Friendly staff Lovely views from some rooms Gym open until midnight Cons: No Swimming Pool (this doesn't matter as much for me as a business traveler, but it might for people with families) Breakfast - after 6 weeks of having the same exact set menu, I'm really sick of it! There was a buffet last week which was just amazing but when occupancy is low, it's back to the set menu. Also a word of caution for those who get courtyard view rooms: these rooms face each other in a U formation so be sure to draw your curtains before sundown! Once from my room, I could very clearly see the receipts on my neighbor's desk.

The family decided to spend the weekend in KAEC for leisure. I chose the newly opened hotel (Views). Views Hotel is amazing and superb. The design is very modern and the facility is really big. It’s considered more premium vs. the Bay Li San Hotel which opened a few years ago. I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms. The master room has a breathtaking panoramic view of beach and sea. Every piece of the room was perfect and well selected. You can walk from the hotel to most of KAEC attractions. Due to heat in the morning we rented a golf cart to take us to Acua Fun where the kids had lots of fun playing in the sea water. Views has plenty of underground parking. Casper & Gambini’s restaurant is in the ground serving breakfast and dinners. There is also a small grocery (self service) where you can buy and pay using your MADA card. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was really worth the price.

First Time at views hotel but really it’s really amazing Location and clean atmosphere the front desk was nice and we need to stay for 30 minutes to have our 2 bedroom suite so we enjoyed walking around and we bought Starbucks coffee nearby Our suite 309 was having excellent views part to courtyard and other part to water canal and the morning was really refreshing The rooms was very clean and new plus fresh toilet accessories from London and one room for your bags and clothes with 2 bedrooms one king sized and 2 queen sized plus nice kitchen and table for 6 person plus 2 bathrooms Breakfast was included with the suite and was superb He swimming pool was 5 minutes walking distance and my kids enjoyed walking and swimming Sure we will come again to views

Poor customer service performance. They don’t value the long loyal customer yet they abuse the visitors for having their place one of the few only provide accommodation in the city. I would not recommend it. You can find another good apartments in the city at Airbnb.
