"Gdyby nie brak tarasu miejsce na dłuższy pobyt niezłe"

Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne, brak różnorodności , trzy tygodnie bez zmian menu.

Zamówiliśmy na długi pobyt apartament z tarasem, dostaliśmy apartament z balkonem, co było bardzo niedogodne, nie był możliwości swobodnego korzystania z leżaków, posiłków na tarasie, itp. Bardzo niska jakość sztućców i naczyń stołowych,

Hotel jest zlokalizowany na zboczu góry dzięki temu widok z tarasu pokroju hotelowego zapiera dech w piersiach Los Gigantes każdego poranka wygląda inaczej a zachodzące słońce każdego wieczoru organizowało nam spektakle światła i cienia Niepowtarzalne doświadczenie.

"Great views, good facilities, but maintenance needs improvement"

Wonderful views, great pool, excellent breakfast except for the coffee. Bed was very comfortable.

Maintenance failures: bedroom window did not lock properly (security risk as it is accessible through the open corridor) and smell in the bathroom due to malfunctioning of the drainage system (which I could fix, but why do I need spend time with that during my vacation?) Coffee at breakfast is poor quality. Constant smoking by neighbors downstairs made the otherwise excellent terrace less attractive to use.
