Two days in a row the housekeeping that we requested did not vacuum, empty garbage or make the bed. The general manager was very responsive but by the time I complained we were checking out the next day

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, seul un lit double était fait à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû redemander un lit bébé après le dîner. Il nous a été apporté mais sans draps.. il a fallu redemander des draps pour faire nous même les lits des enfants. Autre point négatif qui concerne le petit déjeuner : très bon rien à redire sur la qualité de ce qui était proposé, seulement le personnel sur place n’était pas très accueillant et attendait l’heure exacte pour fermer les portes du buffet. Attention ne dépassez pas 9h30 en semaine !

The mattress was super soft and uncomfortable.

Huge rooms, large free breakfast space, very limited reception in bar, helpful staff, very dated decor. Short walk to SoCon area with restaurants and shops. Joann’s is very good + tasty. We went twice.. nice outdoor space and super friendly vibe.

We had a really good experience at this Embassy Suites. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed the breakfast and the cocktail hour. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. The gym was small but had good equipment. My one call out was that the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. We were a family of five in a room with two queens and a sofa, and that uncomfortable sofa bed was a big deal. The room definitely could also use a decor update, too.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The staff were all excellent—extremely helpful and accommodating.

This seems to be an older property. The pool is tiny. The bathroom is located inside the main bedroom, which defeats the privacy of the bedroom. I requested a cot due to having two large teenage boys with me, and it was going to be an additional fee on top of the already exorbitant price of the room. There weren’t meat options for breakfast other than pork, and the happy hour snacks also included pork. These are all super picky, but at over $300 a night, these are things that I was disappointed in and not what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.
