Very comfortable place and kind staffs. And seafoods BBQ was amazing and private beach is incredible.

It’s my 1st visit but every seem good it’s was bad weather though when we arrived

The toilet located below the bedroom and at night the unpleasant smell from the toilet

A very beautiful and spacious villa, with a lovely beach and sea, and the option to go snorkeling.

Lack of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (upon request, they provided sunbeds in the sun) and an overwhelming number of sand flies. I would strongly recommend a thorough pest control treatment.

Environment are nice. Can see the sunset clearly.

They charges us Rm 100 for BBQ service per person which the services and the foods provided doesnt worth the price. The foods provided are only chicken wings, sausage, rice, a bit of fruits and orange drinks. The foods and drinks are tasteless.

The villa is perfect..the service are great, the location just next to the beautiful beach, full privacy..we are a big group of families and the villa is perfect for us..everything was just perfect.

Need landscaping improvement grasses/bushes is to long .. the price is too expensive 😅

Hidden away this was an absolute gem of a place - total luxury in a quote location back from the beach (only 2 min walk). Plenty of space for family of 5, large Ned rooms with fan and AC, clean bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and of course the pool - magical. The on-site team of staff were very attentive, each morning breakfast was prepared for us to order, whilst the pool was cleaned and the garden racked and tidied - couldn’t fault the service.

Only comment would be that the master bedroom gets hot even with AC on max - it’s a very large first floor room with high ceiling and large roof area so heats during the day - would benefit from a second AC or replacing with a larger capacity unit.
