We decided to stay elsewhere

No air conditioning in over 90 degree heat!!!! STAIRS STAIRS STAIRS Booking.com does a HORRIBLE job explaining that all these accommodations are not a good fit for elderly people. This entire trip has been a disaster because of your poor site not explaining what is a good fit and what isn't.

Simple, but comfortable rooms. The lady running the hotel constantly addressed me by my name and that made me feel really welcome!
