Welcome Hotel by ITC in Shimla is an absolute gem nestled amidst the breathtaking hills of Himachal Pradesh. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning surroundings and warm hospitality. Location: Perched at the bottom of a hill, the hotel offers unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It's conveniently located just a short drive away from the bustling Mall Road, providing the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to the city center. Property: The property itself is a testament to luxury and comfort. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the cozy evenings by the fireplace in the lobby, sipping on hot cocoa and enjoying the serene ambiance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor terrace, where we could enjoy our meals while taking in the panoramic views of the Himalayas. The beautifully landscaped gardens are perfect for leisurely strolls, and the kids especially loved the outdoor play area. Staff: The staff at Welcome Hotel by ITC truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service at the restaurant, every member of the staff made us feel right at home. Special mention to the Front Desk team who went above and beyond their call of duty for our requests. Also, a special mention and kudos to the Spa and Wellness Centre staff, who not only were very professional but also warm and amazing! Pet-Friendly: One of the things that impressed us the most was how pet-friendly the hotel was. We brought along our furry friend, and he absolutely loved the place! The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, providing food and water bowls, a cozy bed, and even some treats for our dog. It was such a relief to find a pet-friendly hotel that didn't compromise on luxury and comfort.
