Breakfast adequate. Location was great. close to Markets and walking distance to Queen's Park

Lock box, needs attention. Difficult to unlock and impossible to lock.

Great location and goodies in pantry and fridge were really convenient. Very welcoming house with plenty of room for 6 people. Lovely fire on cold night or reverse airconditioning

Fire wood needed to be less bulky -hard to start fire

A charming house beautifully presented with everything you need.

Heaters in bedroom not very efficient but the blanket and quilt were more than warm.

The homely feel as soon as you walk in. The warmth of a wood fire on a cold weekend in Toowoomba. Generous welcome items to avoid rush trip to the shops. Beautiful furnishings and linen.
