The staff was helpful after letting them know that one of the beds seemed to not have been cleaned/ linen changed.

The shampoo in the room was used & dirty /was not replaced. Bed on the first room was not clean. Staff provided me with a different room however I arrived at almost 10pm I was exhausted and it was disappointing to have to be dealing with all that after driving all day.

Well, first this has been the most disappointing stay I've ever had. We switched from a very dirty room the first night. The second room was clean but the key hardly worked and when it did we had to slam our bodies into the door to open it. The fridge didn't work. There were two lights that the light bulbs were out in. The door to the bathroom. Locked us in anytime we shut it. (Without even touching the lock). The tub was gross so we wore shoes to shower. When I asked for more towels I was told to get the from the first dirty room. This was a terrible stay. $350 for three nights was not even close to worth it. Disgusting rooms and terrible service.

Appreciated the fresh linens and towels after 3 days.

Breakfast included is a waste. Nothing but simple carbs. Could improve by offering hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter for toast. Not a single protein. During our stay many contractors were staying. This lousy breakfast would not hold a child over until lunch let alone grown men.

Comfy beds, no traffic noise, ac working

Couch bed had no sheets. Son was told he couldn’t have another blanket.
