The mud spring water

There was no receptionist in the morning to arrange check out. The breakfast was not good, way below my expectation.

With big room and space for my wife and I, due to we ordered the most expensive

1) Till 5pm be available to check-in , before that could be to public hot-spring to enjoy! 2) On the arrangement the public hot- spring that saw many ants and ants nest surrounding appeared, than those ants will show on hot spring water and still alive, so visitors all left there, no employee to check till feedback!

Breakfast with limited choice. There is some construction or drum sound early in the morning to wake you up. Overall does not value for money

Location was good, walkable to kings spa. Bath tub configuration in the bathroom was alright.

Service was the worst I have experienced in my entire life. I was horrified by the attitude of the staff particularly a male employee who was manning the desk. I paid 165 sgd for a room which was neither expensive nor cheap but was allocated the older block with no elevator. When asked if there was anybody who could assist with my luggage the staff’s reply was, you already knew there was no elevator, I cannot help you. I was then left to carry my 13kg luggage up 2 flights of stairs. My friend asked if they had water and they wanted to charge her for a bottle of water. Also check out was 11am but by 10.30 they will call to chase/ ‘remind’ you that you have to vacate by 11. Room had no windows either, air duct was super dusty and poorly ventilated, there was an eerie vibe and the toilet could not flush properly.

Breakfast OK. Many restaurants nearby as well (walking distance)

Room located on 2/ floor but no elevator

I book online by picture showing very nice property, but it doesn’t show exactly same.

I have to upgrade my room and pay extra charge. hotel is very old and outdated. breakfast is horrible. I’m only have first day all you can eat breakfast but second day to gave you set Chinese breakfast no more selection.

The place was accommodating and comfortable for my family. My family absolutely enjoyed the stay at the hotel.
