La situació, la tranquilitat, facilitat d'accés, aparcament pel cotxe, molt proper als comerços, al centre, als restaurants. Molt ben situat.

Mancances de elements a la cuina. Paper de cuina, baietes per netejar, bosses de basura, una mica d'oli, planxa per cuinar, tovallons, sabó per rentar plats, per rentar roba. I en el WC mancava paper higiènic.
