The dive staff was exceptional; Very helpful and friendly.

I believe the waitress were hired based on looks and not their actual ability to serve customers. The ladies seemed to not be very knowledgeable and extremely slow in responding to requests. I noticed that two waitresses struggled to provide service to the guests in the dining area, while two other waitress seemed to just hangout by the bar, not attempting to wait on guests who were seated.

One of the cheapest options in Sabang and good location to the dive shops.

The place is not for sleeping. the rooms are right beside the bar which is open 24/7 and plays loud bass filled music late into the night. Go elsewhere if you want to go to sleep before 1 am. Wifi does not work in some rooms. The room also had a gross sewage smell.

The bar/pool area had a really nice jungle feel to it and should the clientele allow could be a really nice chill out area.

The access to the dive resort wasn't immediately apparent we had to ask a few people where it was, when we found it we had to walk 30 or 40 meters up through a very narrow little passageway between buildings before it opened out into the resort area. We checked in, and because it was so hot, we sat and had a cold drink by the pool where it quickly became clear to us that the young Filipino ladies that were messing around in the swimming pool fully clothed, one in a nice long sparkly dress, were doing so to entertain the more mature gentlemen in the bar area. As 3 broad minded ladies ranging from 40 to 60 years old on a dive holiday, this made us feel uncomfortable and not what we'd like to be watching whilst relaxing. When we went to our room to unpack, the room was very spacious and clean but it was also very, very dark with almost no natural light. We headed out to have some food and whilst out, discussed our options and decided to leave. The accommodation was prepaid, despite reaching out to them via a message and then through Booking.com customer services, our request for even a partial refund was declined.

Accidentally made a mistake, was booking from Europe for a friend in the Philippines a 2 nights stay. While it was 10 pm in Europe and 4 am in the Philippines, my friend confirmed the stay as starting from today. For me in Europe the date was still the previous day, so Zi made the booking starting from a day earlier. We found out the mistake within 15 minutes, tried to contact the property to update the dates. Tried to contact them via booking, also directly through their email address and also by phone. Our requests were ignored and unanswered. During the stay my friend was told that she shall contact booking.com regarding this issue and request the refund for the earlier night which was booked accidentally. The property was unjustfully enriched and refused to compensate or refund and even respond to the request. Staff attitude was inappropriate, the room and bathroom so-so. We will never ever consider this property, even in despite we stayed there many times before the pandemic. We recommend for booking to stop listing this property to avoid inconveniences for relaxed travelers.
