El menú del restaurante, no tenían la mayoría de lo que decía el menú.

The pool was good, and it was warm water which is a plus. The location is very good as its right infront of the Piedra de peñol. The staff were great too.

The walls are made of paper, we didn't sleep well as we could hear our neighbours from both sides. (One neighbour had a nasty cough and the other neighbours sat on their balcony til about past midnight drinking beer. When the ones drinking beer finally went to bed, we could them hear one of them snoaring, felt like we were in the same room as him). The bathroom was full of ants, mosquitos and also the ceiling is open so when you're in the toilet, in the bedroom everyone can hear you doing your needs. The bedsheets also has a smell to them.

La piscina, los empleados, la ubicación, la comida

el precio no fue acorde al lugar y los servicios recibidos, el agua caliente era con ducha (calentador de paso), el jacuzzi se demoro mucho para llenar y el agua era tibia.

Nos encanto el paisaje, queda a 3 min de la piedra del Pañol. El hotel es bonito, lá piscina es chevere y el almuerzo no está incluído pero es rico. Los desayunos son buenos, no es buffet. Si no tienes carro, puedes ir de tutu. Son un transporte de Guatape en el cual caben 3 personas , pagando 17mil pesos, es muy bacana lá experiencia.

Las camas son muy comodas, fui con mi família y reservamos vários cuartos, todos eran con poca iluminacion. Pero uno de ellos era una cabaña la cual quedaba abajo y daba para escuchar los huespedes de otros cuartos. Era demasiado escuro y no tênia Internet, ni cogian los canales de TV.. Pedi cambio y me pasaron a un cuarto muy pequeño con el baño con fuga y tenia arañas En general el internet fue pesimo pues una de las personas que nos acompañaba estaba trabajando homeoffice.. Cositas que dá para mejorar. :)

The garden and pool area is as on the pictures .... nice view of the Rock from the pool and nice garden area. Also well located to walk up to the rock

Our room: old bathroom, shower with almost no warm water (only 30 s warm) The room was located below the pool and bar area excessive music and you could hear your neighbor rooms as they are openly connected in the ceiling The food: very bad quality - we had dinner once and the “grilled” chicken was just old and fried in a frying machine, veggies were completely burned - had to return it and would advice everyone to rather eat in one of the well rated restaurants in Guatapé town, the breakfast is better, yet it looks like a buffet but is served by the staff and very limited also (only 3 pieces of fruit pp, coffeee is pre mixed with sweet milk)
