Excellent Stay!

The apartment is on a perfect location in the city centre, very busy street but it wasn’t loud at all, windows have a good isolation. Check in was simple and in the instructions is everything very well explained, I appreciate that alot! The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very good every night. The apartment was tidy, good furnished, and everything was spotless clean. We are very satisfied, one of then best stays ever. It truly deserves nothing less than a score of 10. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it!

Der Regler für den Heizkörper war defekt. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem. Der Vermieter hat auf mehrmaligen Kontaktversuch nicht regiert

Die Matratzen Auflage mit blutflecken die Kissen auch ich könnte vor Ekel nicht schlafen. Nach vielen E-Mails an die Unterkunft keine Antwort.Es kam dann denke ich die Leitung des Reinigungspersonal.Der Herr war total aufgebracht und murmelte was von ob ich ihn erpressen will ,,,und in Deutschland wäre Bluten nicht verboten und seine Matratze Zuhause würde auch nicht anders aussehen und was ich jetzt von ihm will.ich sagte das es eine Zumutung ist sowas und das man Kissen und Matratzen Topper reinigen könnte er meinte wenn er er jedesmal das wechseln müste und neue Sachen kaufen müste dann würde er nix verdienen Matratze Topper 100 Euro 1 Nacht 136 Euro da bleibt net viel übrig.Ich dachte mir ob das versteckte Kamera ist weil normal war das nicht aber leider war das dem Herrn sein voller ernst.Geld zurück Fehlanzeige
