I liked the bathroom, and the shower/tub area. I appreciated the dining area out front. I also liked having a fridge. Although we didn’t use it the microwave was nice too. I liked that the hotel was on a quiet street and the umbrellas available. It is also fairly close to a Skyhop bus stop.

The beds weren’t that comfortable and there were no directions on how to use the AC remote. I also wished there was somewhere we could put our clothes. The staff weren’t unfriendly, but also not friendly either, just neutral. Which is fine I guess. Maybe that’s just how it is? I am used to hotel staff greeting you when you walk in.

I believe this was my favourite place to stay at during my holiday in Japan. Enough space to open my suitcase, amazing bathroom facilities, walking distance from Kyoto station and centre. I really enjoyed it.

Nothing, I didn’t like. If I was to find it a flaw maybe it was a bit pricier than the majority of places we stayed in. Yet worth the money so I wouldn’t recommend definitely recommend

The room size was big compared to other areas, the location was quiet.

It felt a little dirty, we retrieved a ring that fell under the bed and there was a plastic fork, dust and signs of not being dusted often.
