Due to our late arrival, the host sent us needed instructions via Whatsapp. Instructions included all the details we needed for the stay - wifi passwords, etc. Host was great and helpful in our communication. The apartment was cosy and clean; second bed (in the living room) was comfortable. Very good locations, in the hearth of city center, short walk away from all the main sights and supermarkets. Kitchen is fully equipped, if you really need to cook something. According to previous comments- stairs are not as bad as it was mentioned in some reviews and there is no smell of cigarettes! There was no issues on getting the second key.

The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is perfect for exploring the city without a car, it’s in the city center, very near the train station. The owner was really kind and attentive.

What a lovely stay in Zagreb! Our apartment was so quite, so peaceful, so warm. We loved this stay. We also could not have been at a better location, the town was a short walk, with supermarkets, cafes, and bars. This location was wonderful! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE we almost didn't want to get out of it! It was also well-equipped for cooking.

Could have done with more dishwasher tablets and maybe a couch to relax on instead of just the bedroom, these are very minor things though so doesn't really matter! Also, heed the warning, the stairs up to this apartment are no joke!

Very comfortable bed, clean apartment, equipped with anything you might need. Aircon and WiFi worked great. Very good location, we basically walked everywhere. Very nice host, checked in with us a few times and was always nice and polite.

Some spare towels would have been nice, but that's my fault as I could have asked and they would have been provided some extra ones. Wished we could have kept the windows open during the night and pull down the blind or close the curtain for privacy/mosquitoes but this wasn't possible. No biggie though as the aircon helped.Beware there is no lift in the building and the stairs can be the worst thing at the end of a hot, long day.
