It had an accident and they would not let anybody check into the hotel

The bed was comfortable, that's about it.

The ac smelled like it was burning and it was making a loud noise. When I called the front desk to let them know, I was told to just turn it off and not turn it on again. She was rude about it too! Good thing we had a small fan!

Staff was well aware of the fact that your kitchen had suffered an incident that precluded any hot breakfast being served when we booked over the phone. As a Wyndham Club member, wow, completely horrible service. What a calculated mis-service to us. Paid for something advertised that simply did not exist.

The location is very convenient and accessible to the highway.

I chose this property and booked it after comparing others. This one seemed perfect for easy access from such a tiresome trip for my son. He states he slept well and even missed breakfast but to him a good quality bed is all he needed.

Que al preguntar en hoteles cercanos dijeron que llevaba mas de una semana asi y el hotel no me aviso ni canceló mi reserva aun sabiendo que no podían atenderme, tuvimos que encontrar un hotel.de emergencia, al dia siguiente pasamos.por alli y habia montones de patrullas

I wish i could have been notified that they could not accept check in. I had to find alternative lodging. fortunately hotel across the street was able to provide a room. They told me the Days Inn was damaged when a car crashed into the Inn - knocked out all the power. Another guest in car outside the inn did have them on the phone - said they would be reimbursed and was trying to find them another hotel. Since their Voicemail box was full I was unable to contact them. So left with out lodging after an 8 hr drive plus 2 hour time change. My 6pm was actually 8pm.

The staff that greeted me and got me checked in was great. Nice, friendly, upbeat. The room itself was okay but seemed to be in a noisy part of the facility. Too close to ice machine and too close to some early risers. But it was a comfortable and clean room. The evening staff also helped me get some water.

Like I said it was a bit noisy. Also, the breakfast was pretty sparse. Not much to offer. They had some bananas but they were already turning black; not too appetizing. When I mentioned that to the morning man working the front desk (a rather dour looking man), he didn't seem too pleased that I would dare to be critical. "Well, that's what we have!" he shot back. Very rude I thought. He asked how my stay was but I guess he didn't want the truth.
