"Superb"

MaiLy is perfectly located super closed to all of the action in Hue. It's down a side street so it stays pretty quiet at night, but just walk a few meters down and you've reached the weekend night walking street. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was pretty damn good.

It wasn't the most social hostel and I didn't really have a chance to meet anyone here, but that may well be because I ended up in a private room rather than a dorm this time.

"Definitely worth the money"

fantastic location and opposite one of the best restaurants in the area (madam thu). Friendly staff, room had air-con and a fan which was nice and the bed was comfy too.

The bathroom is quite annoyingly laid out. wet room with shower and toilet and the door is in the way. Wouldn’t stop us staying here but was just a bit of a nuisance - maybe including something in the bathroom to sweep the water into the drain would be good?

Lovely staff. Will go out of their way to help you. Had our washing done at a reasonable price. Also rented a motorbike at a good price. We didn't have breakfast but it's only 30 dong if you want it. Room was clean and had a good tv. Lovely terrace and balcony. Great location close to bars and cafes. Fridge in room.

Room was a little small. Shower flooded. But we don't mind.

"Amazing location and staff"

Amazing location right off the walking street but still quiet. The breakfast in the morning was filling. The room was a good size and had hot water for the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we booked 2 tours through them and they were both very good.

"Basic needs of a hotel are not even met"

It had good price for a private room

- At night there was no hot water so had to take a cold shower. - It was not well sound-proofed so we could hear street noises, bar music and even the pigeons from the outside - The toilet was very small and uncomfortable, and not polish clean - They key did not work so did not feel very safe, although luckily nothing happened
