Hosting lady was always so kind and smiling, gave us information about the city and made sure we have everything that we need. Location was perfect, especially if you visit during weekend.

Unfortunately it only takes one case of theft to ruin the entire stay. The 6 bed dorms are about 12 sq m which is barely enough to fit the beds let alone 6 people's backpacks. the lockers are actually large drawers which is not big enough to fit a computer, also locks don't work. As a result my GoPro camera was stolen, that's over $400USD.

Because of the tight room space, the old aircon blows straight onto the bed and due to mould in the cooling fin gave me a sore throat which took days to recover, costing further time in addition to the theft. Saw 3 large cockroaches in common area but this is not hard to rectifiy and is a far less problem that the dirty aircon, something not visible on listing photos.

Very friendly host family, always happy to help with tours, transport etc. Conveniently located right next to the walking street with bars and restaurants, as well as being a short drive (10 mins) from the citadel. Room was quite basic but this matched the price so we were happy. Rooms have both AC and a fan that work well, as well as a TV with Netflix. Breakfast is available at an extra cost, as are drinks from the fridge.

A little loud as it's next to the walking street but the noise ends by 10 or so. Not the hotels fault but some general advice for fellow travellers: Grabs were hard to book in this area, possibly just because of the Reunification Day holiday, we found the nearby company Hue Green Taxi very affordable and responsive.

Superb location, clean & comfortable bed/facilities, strong wifi, and a friendly hostess who cares for your wellbeing and who makes excellent suggestions on what you could do in town. 10/10 all around!

Location is great. Right by the main street but set back just enough that it's peaceful and quiet. The staff are lovely, cute little place to stay.
