"Die Kategorisierung als De Luxe Wohnung entsprach nicht den Tatsachen."

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist geräumig und das neue Bad ist gut renoviert. Der Vermieter, den wir wegen des Problems mit der Türanlage kontaktierten war auch zu später Stunde freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Bewerbung als De-Luxe Wohnung ist stark übertrieben. Den Möbeln im Ikea-Stil sieht man eine schon längere Nutzungsdauer an. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich geputzt. In der Toilette waren Staubflusen, die Gläser spülten wir nach. Die Küche war minimalistisch ausgestattet. Ein Geschirrhandtuch fehlte. Beim Eintreffen öffnete, trotz korrekter Nummerncode-Eingabe, das Türschloss erst nach vielen Versuchen. Lt. Vermieter soll es ersetzt werden.

Unique place! But there are 54 steps amongst 4 or 5 flights of stairs. Would not be a good place to stay for people unable to make those flights of steep stairs with luggage.

Keyless entry worked great.

There were no instructions on what to do with the trash, which was resolved with a message to the property manager, so maybe a reference sheet would be helpful.
