The Old Granary

Everything was provided in the kitchen area for a self catered break. Bread , milk, tea and coffee available on arrival. Host gave us an excellent guided tour of the farm. We learnt a lot about the challenges of arable farming. The rooms were well insulated from the noise of a busy working farm. We stayed on the peak harvest days but we were not troubled by all the activity.

Some kitchen items were difficult to reach. The shower thermostat was not very effective.

Clean, modern and converted to a very high standard .The outside space was perfect with adequate seating and beautiful planting.The welcome pack was a great addition as we arrived quite late. The hosts were absolutely delightful and we even had a tour of the working farm.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property.

Simply fabulous. Warm welcome on arrival by Clare who showed me around. The place was amazing, bigger than expected, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, with welcome hamper of bread milk butter jams & cereal as well as coffee & tea. Friendly hosts too, showed us around the farm.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The welcome hamper was such a great welcoming…made us feel at home and no stress of having to go out shopping for the essentials! Great job.

Spent 2 nights here recently visiting relatives in the area and loved it. Very clean, modern and comfortable and we felt very at home. All the kitchen amenities that you would need and a walk in shower to die for. We will definitely book again when in the area.
