The fact that one could not lower the fan of the air conditioning which was noisy..solved the problem cos since it cooled down during the night, I just switched it off at night.

The location is excellent. The rooms are good enough for people like us who are not after luxury. The balcony has a very nice view for those who have rooms looking to the lake. The receptionists all were cooperative but our special thanks goes to Diana who answered all our questions in every detail.

GBBeautiful hotel, well cared for and clean. We had a lake front, balcony room. The decor was lovely - light and fresh, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, lovely dining room over looking the lake. Hotel staff were fabulous - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has nice grounds, the terrace area is very pretty. The hotel is well located, close to central Montreaux, restaurants, shops, promenade and boat pier. It was perfect for us we loved the hotel and Montreaux. We'll be back!
