Appartamento Splendore

VERY CENTRAL, IT WAS BORDER WITH A RESTORANT, SO WE WERE AFECTED BY THE NOISE THERE, AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNINGS, VERY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED VERY NICE AREA OF BELAGGIO

THE EXTRA BED FOR OUR DAUGHTER WAS AN EXTANDING SOFA WHICH WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THE ISOLATION BETWEEN US AND THE UPER FLOOR WAS VERY POOR AND THERE WAS LOTS OF NOISE UNFORTUNATELY KEPT US FROM HAVEING A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP, AND WOKE US IN THE MORNINGS SMALL SHOWER

We were there one month and half ago. The location is perfect. The apartment is big enough for a family. And the managing staff is very helpful. Maybe a coffee machine would be perfect in the "kitchenette".

If you can don't go to Bellagio during summer (July-August). Choose a less touristic time. it's the worst time, you don't get to enjoy. First time of my life time to see that much people getting in a queue to eat in a restaurant, and it is like that at lunch and dinner.

Superb customer service; our host met us on the street and guided us to the apartment.

Finding the check in with car was a little tricky.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very central in Bellagio so really easy to get out and about and see the area. The host was beyond helpful (I am not one to often ask many questions but I felt comfortable enough to WhatsApp her whenever I needed to and she was really helpful back!) The iron could probably do with being replaced (but at least they had one as my last accommodation didn't!) They also had a small washing machine Nd tablets which were really helpful. Would highly recommend!
