Klayman Olivina Aparthotel

I had an overall very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean and well maintained, although I did notice a few small toothpaste stains in the bathroom on arrival. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely. I also appreciated some thoughtful touches, such as the clothes drying rail on the balcony and the choice of two different pillow types in the room. The view from the balcony also was great. I used the gym several times which was clean with a great selection of machines!

There were a few areas that could be improved. The apartment only had one bin in the kitchen, with no option for recycling, which felt like a missed opportunity. The bedroom was quite noisy at night due to its location on a busy tourist street, and noise from a truck emptying the underground bins during the night and early morning was slightly disruptive. Inside the apartment, the kitchen/living area relied on a single main ceiling light, which made the space feel a little harsh and lacked more comfortable ambient lighting.

Un aparthotel con todo lo necesario, habitaciones cómodas, renovadas y decoradas con buen gusto. Con utensilios en la cocina necesarios para tu estancia. Limpios y muy bien ubicados en Los Cristianos. La zona de la piscina estupenda para pasar el día, incluyendo un bar donde tomar o beber algo. Personal muy amable.

Las camas un poco incómodas, aunque dependerá de los gustos. Almohadas excesivamente gruesas, sería mejor ofrecer varias opciones. De resto todo perfecto.
