great location- lots of things to do in area

functional- minimalist- not too homey

Really great place to stay, private and easy access to the shops and restaurants. Property always gave great suggestions of things to do and see.

The host should not knock on the front door at 10pm at night to introduce himself it made the girls uncomfortable.

The proximity to the township. Clean and comfortable, lovely setting. Beds very comfortable.

For 5 people there wasn't quite enough seating in lounge/dining area.

Lots of space. Secluded. Friendly management

Missed having an oven. But everything else was great

Nice cosy apartment super close to the Franz Josef centre. Spacious bathroom but the rooms were a bit crowded with a double bed and single bed in all three. Surrounding area was private and peaceful

A dishwasher would have been nice :)

The location and green surrounding. A dining table outside the cottage. Clean rooms and bathroom.

Not a complete set of crockery and cuttlery (only two teaspoons and lack of bowls). The fact that the host asked to tidy the kitchen, clean the tableware and put them back to the cupboard ( “all to the condition they were found”). We never leave mess behind but that was too much to ask. If not done a charge of NZD 25 would apply. Just to note that there was no dishwasher either. In other apartments they just ask to put the dishes to the dishwasher, and that was understandable.
