Great place, spacious, clean, perfect location. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful with local information.
We have been upgraded to a larger cottage with external barbecue available as we reached Franz Joseph just after the flood. Did not like the "non refundable booking" policy that obliged us to drive 300 kms to get there. It should be canceled in case of force majeure like this. We do not understand why Expedia has requested a price higher than the one applied locally
Studio room was at Caravan Park.Thought noise might be a concern but it was very quiet. Nice sized room with good sized bathroom and kitchen area. Only minor downside was difficulty in getting in and out of the provided parking spot due to campervans blocking the entry/exit to the park.
Property was clean. Staff very helpful location was excellent. Only a microwave for cooking though. Overall would stay here again.
