Einfacher und zweckmäßiger Landgasthof im Zentrum von Moosbach neben der Kirche, die Zimmer sind relativ modern und die Betten komfortabel, das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Nothing, absolutely nothing for 84€ per night. The service is unbelievably impolite and unfriendly. There wasn't also hot water at night and I couldn't take shower normally.

First of all the service is horrible. The people who work there (both the cleaner and the owner) really seem to have mental problems. They scream at people and behave very impolitely. At 10.00 the lady entered our room without preventing and knocking at the door and screamed as like she was beaten by someone: " I must clean the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I understand that it is check out time but she can't open the door without knocking and preventing us. When we said about it while returning her the keys she was screaming and we asked to talk to her boss who seemed to also have huge mental issues. They don't listen, they scream at people and I really suspect them having serious psychological issues. They are dangerous ro work with people. Plus the beds are very uncomfortable and there wasn't hot water at night. We couldn't take normal comfortable shower.

Waren nur eine Nacht da wegen Durchreise. Zimmer war sauber, alles vorhanden. Empfang war freundlich und unsere Fahrräder konnten wir auch unterstellen.

Very good position for those who travel across the CZ-DE border, has free parking, is very central to the cute small town, and the restaurant is also very good. I will come back here for sure in the future.

Bed was really comfortable, the room size was good and breakfast very good. Thankfully a cash point was opposite the hotel as I didn't appreciate the hotel doesn't accept cards.

Staff didn't speak English much and could be a bit more welcoming.. First hotel I have stayed at that didn't accept card payments. No space to sit on the toilet in my room without sitting sideways on which was a bit odd.

Difficult to get from parking to hotel due to major construction work in front of hotel.

no food or stores after 18:00 we could not adjust the shower and the water was scalding. breakfast was adequate
