USThe views are a spectacular as the pics show. You can hear the ocean and it gets a good breeze. . One of the bedrooms also has an amazing view especially in the morning. There is a full size kitchen with a clothes washer. Some of the reviews said there weren't toasters or large pots and pans, but these were present when we were there. There were plenty of dishes and pots and utensils. There is not a dishwasher but we knew this. The key handoff was not hard. It was in person. I saw another review that said you had to drive to a different town. In June 2023, they met us in person at the location and were quick to respond. There is only one key set though, so if you split up during the day that could be an issue. It's a fast walk to the beach and to the larger Spar grocery store which is very convenient. However, both trips require quite a lot of stairs and a steep hill. If you have knee issues this is probably not the spot for you.
The water pressure was strangely low, maybe because it's on the top floor? It's hard to really rinse off the salt. Perhaps a booster would help. The beds are VERY firm. There is not wifi- however you can buy a multi day pass through a local provider. We did this and it worked ok. We were on vacation, but if you were working remotely and using zoom a lot this could be an issue.
GBUSUSUSGood air circulation with windows & doors, nice pool, fantastic view from the deck. Washing machine worked well. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.
There were no trash bins in the apartment, only one bucket under the sink. it would be nice to have small trash bins in the bathrooms. It would be more convenient if there was Wi-Fi available in the apartment.
