Žel byli v byte švábi. Očividně přemnožení, byli vidět i přes den a vlezli nam i do našich zavazadel, což jsme zel zjistili az po návratu :-( Bez švábů by byl byl jinak skvělý. Žádnou jinou chybu neměl.

The place was big and had enough space for everyone and the place was clean.

A fan would be perfect for the summer, it was super hot and would be nice if they could fix the water dripping on the toilet tap and maybe something to hang the shower head ?

Prostory v zásadě odpovídaly popisu. Cena byla velmi příznivá. Komunikace s ubytovateli byla někdy trochu pomalejší, ale nakonec se s nimi dalo domluvit a vyšli mi vstříc.

V koupelně bylo velmi málo místa. Také vybavení mohlo být lepší. Kvůli střešnímu oknu bez žaluzie bylo ráno dost světla (bylo to v létě). Ale se vším si člověk nakonec nějak poradil.

Auf Grund eines sehr desolaten Zustands der Wohneinheit (Schimmelbefall im Nasszellenbereich, abgerissenen Tapeten, defekten Möbeln und sehr schmutzigen Zustand) war/ist die Wohneinheit nicht beziehbar. Mit den Mitarbeitern von Butler Served Aparts GmbH und Co KG kam es zu keinem vernünftigen Dialog. Eine neue Unterkunft wurde uns am Anreisetag nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, so daß wir uns um eine neue Unterkunft kümmern mussten. Eine Frage stellt sich uns doch wie kann man so ein Objekt noch an Urlauber vermieten!?? Wir bitten um zeitnah Rückmeldung. Hoffen das es zu einer Vernünftigen Lösung kommt. Unsere Unterkunftskosten zurückerstattet werden. Bilder von der Wohneinheit liegen vor. Mit frdl. GRUß MATYSIAK
