"Great hotel"

The room was great & the spa facility were ok We were at concert & just got back to hotel around midnight The bar was closed & if you want a drink It would be room service & there’s a £5 delivery charge We didn’t have breakfast

Nice clean room and bathroom, good facilities I.e spa Would like a classic breakfast buffet included like other double tree locations like York.

Pillows were dead, head ended up flat on bed as pillows just disappeared when pressure applied.
