"Cask & Clyde Glasgo"

We spent 2 nights here, we ate at Cask & Clyde. The food was fantastic. Our service people were Gayle, Evie, Blair & Nihal were very friendly, happy and professional! The team here treated us on our 1st visit to Scotland perfectly!!

"Glasgow Point of View"

The Doubletrre is a nice hotel and I recommend it if you want to go to Glasgow. However, Glasgow as a city for tourists is not one I would endorse. I wish I had the time in another mon-urban location: Skye, Mull, Bunessan. Ayr. etc

"Exceptional Scottish hospitality and service but think twice about the lounge option and breakfast"

We came to this hotel for a long 9 day stay using Glasgow as a base for a family holiday. The service and hospitality is exceptional. Standout service from Robert, Katherine, Kara and Gayle. The rooms are a bit dated and we experienced a few issues that were resolved. The tv in the room is not a smart tv - again showing signs of needing replacement . The exec lounge option is so so - the food is not great (felt like leftovers) and minimal. Unlike other Hilton lounges the food is not self service so you are entirely reliant on one server . The drinks served verrrrry slowly and temperature of the lounge was very cold . The tv in the lounge didn’t work . Breakfast during the week is fine , not the highest quality offering with things often running out. The ingredients are cheap and cheerful . But the service staff are amazing ! It gets super busy at the weekend so you end up standing around waiting for refills after having waited to get a table . What did we love ? Scottish hospitality and service. Hands down this stands out and the hotel role models how to treat guests . It’s just a shame the infrastructure needs some investment and operations needs to tighten up . Would definitely go back but think twice about breakfast and exec lounge !

Everything was very nice, pool nice steam room sunna, . But closed lane for a swimming lesson. Made it smaller but still ideal if not busy Staff friendly helpful

Poor tv,. Only 4 channels.. been in Cheaper hotel that had more channels
