The staff at Cask & Clyde were exceptionable. We truly enjoyed Gayle. The pool was very nice.

Where was the mini bar for clients needing their insulin. This is something that needs to be addressed as a medical concern.

"Flooded room!!!"

Here for a convention. Came back to my room late at night to find room soaking with water from above. Carpet soaking, wardrobe soaked. And a constatnt heavy "drip" all night. Called the desk, many came up and told me nothing they could do until morning. Useless!!! Only there 1 night. Drip drip drip ALL night long.
