Guest House Old Kutaisi

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto.

The price is worth it for the very central location, a (nearly) flat walk 5 minutes away. There's a basic roof terrace and shared indoor seating area with a shared fridge and kettle. No access to the kitchen but the hosts lent me cup, spoons etc on request. Appears to be street parking outside. Georgian, Russian and a little English spoken. Clean and safe.

The rooms, furniture and fittings are definitely old style and tired (the photos are somewhat flattering), but ok if you don't need luxury. All in all, "good"

Snídaně byla výborná, stejně tak hostitelka byla neuvěřitelně milá, i když nerozuměla příliš dobře anglicky.

Koupelna je opravdu hrozná - sprcha přímo jako součást WC, takže jakmile se někdo vysprchuej, zbytek už suchou nohou do koupelny nevstoupí.

Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko centrum Kutaisi, dzięki czemu można wygodnie zwiedzać miasto. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt wszystkim osobom, które szukają przyjaznej atmosfery, lokalnego klimatu i komfortowego pobytu.”

Very clean and comfortable place. Great location. Friendly host. Beautiful city view from balcony

Lovely woman who takes really good care of her guests. I felt very welcomed. She prepared a great georgian style breakfast for me and even though I couldn't speak georgian or russian, we could speak with very simple english with each other but mostly used a translator. The city center is walking distance and you are there in less than 10 minutes.

The bed was not the most comfortable for me and the shower is directly in the bathroom which I don't like

Very hospitable landlady, she let me in earlier then the check-in time. The room, the shared bathroom were clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable. The place is in great location to the grocery market, to the Colchis Fountain to reach on foot.
