Knights Inn Ottawa

It was quiet and had a comfortable bed.

Perfect location to stay for my son’s graduation. Comfortable bed and a great shower - fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the room. Parking right outside the door. Friendly staff on check in who gave me lots of information about the area.

Nice enough place. Room was behind a row of other rooms so set back from the road making it quieter. Everything was fine. Close to big grocery store.

All ok. Pool not in operation.

Pretty run down outside. Room was pretty clean and roomy inside. Staff was very nice. Okay for a night.

Overall our room was great.

Hotel staff was rude didn’t want to help. One of the guys said that he was only there till 9 pm and couldn’t help us. The next guy on duty was rude and acted like he was being put out when he was asked if there was any way to simply get 2 bath towels. We were told no and that we had to request them by 3pm. He was the one that checked us in the day before he could had told us that we would need to request towels by a certain time if we needed them since he knew we were staying multiple days. Beds could be softer.

The facility is pretty worn out and not cleaned thoroughly. There was no breakfast served either.

Very pleasant at front desk, very accommodating. Just n ed a smoke detector in room. Would stay again

Good bed

I normally stay at properties that serve breakfast and this one didn't. The property was very accessible from the streets, it was clean, and everything worked properly inside the room.
