Pésimo servicio de las mujeres atendiendo en check in, el gerente buen servicio. No había luz en mi habitación, no puedo creer que eso suceda en un hotel, instalaciones deplorable, es un hotel que se está cayendo en pedazos

Tuvimos un error en la reservación y nos querían obligar a rentar otra habitación en lugar de aumentar el numero de huéspedes... Nos salió muy caro actualizar la reserva

Problemas de ruido en la tubería domingo 8 am y :( fugade agua en el sanitario :( tuve que cerrar la llave de paso para cuidar el agua
