They didn’t clean room and give clean towels no WiFi nobody ever at front desk to ask for clean towels

the room was nasty dirty upon checking in… the jacuzzi tub in the room was so filthy and stained, we did not use it. which was extremely disappointing since we paid extra to have that amenity we asked house keeping to clean the room the next morning and that never happened until we physically went to front office desk later that night to ask again. the king mattress, was awful! it was so thin and worn all we felt were springs.

My reservation was canceled 30 minutes before checkin. I received an email stating that the reservation was canceled by 'room bad'. Booking.com still has not provided a refund

Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold, sausage links were tasteless. And juice was watered down.

Bugs in tub, pool very small, kids couldn't swim due to too many people swimming, couldn't fish, stains on blankets, stained pillows, no internet, room smelled like smoke, all around poor quality and dirty for high price.

Location on the lake.

The rooms were ok. Could have been a little cleaner. Appeared it had not been swept. Found wrappers and other debris on the floor.

Bathrooms filthy, rooms smelt like mildew and mold
