Beautiful cottage

We found the cottage (nr. 6) very dirty, everywhere was dog hair, the bathroom extremely dirty, the sofa the same, very dirty. We called their office, the staff were very kind and he changed the cottage nr. 6 with the cottage nr.7 . We had the same problem, the cottage was extremely dirty. The beds are uncomfortable, very small! If you are a big person, forget about it…

Everything was very dirty. Directly went we came in we saw the carpet being dirty, there was rubbish in the bin, the curtains were extremely dirty too and the sofa was full of big dirty stains. It was impossible to sit or to sleep on. The kids found anticonception pills in their room and we found peanuts leftovers in our room. The dishwasher stank so bad that we almost threw up, the dishes were dirty as well as the controller from the TV that didn't work at all. The internet was also very weak. The highlight was the shower that was very slippery and impossible to use because of the doors. If you were a large person it would be impossible for you to use the shower at all. And also we got a warning message to make sure the cabin is clean before we leave otherwise our credit card would be charged for a cleaning fee. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

Location is fantastic, next to the lake, very close to Stokholm centre.

We loved the area, the lake nearby, and the cabin itself. It was perfect for our family of five.

Getting a separate bill for bedding and towels was a little bothersome, and although they said there was a kayakomat nearby we couldn't find it. But that was probably on us.
