Stay Apartments - Near St Olav's Church

The apartment was very well furnished with high quality amenities. The property has an elevator. The bed is in a loft and on the floor.

The property is well situated close to the old city, and the WIFI works very well. However, our room (15) was not comfortable: the double bed is on a mezzanine, where one cannot stand and is basically a rather thin mattress on a very low bed. Access is via a very steep staircase. The sofa on the lower level could theoretically accommodate 2 persons, but the one person that used it found it borderline acceptable, and the bed linen supplied was poor quality. There are not sufficient electric outlets (for charging cell phones). On the mezzanine there is none. The bathroom is very tiny - basically a cupboard, and the shower curtain was dirty (stuck together with grime). There is no table for breakfast and no chairs apart from the sofa.

Liikenteen melu kuuluu voimakkaasti. Valkoiset pyyhkeet olivat likaisen harmaita ja osittain repeytyneitä. Kylpyhuone ei ollut puhdas eikä raikas.

Situé en lisière de la vieille ville et non dans la vieille ville (300 mètres). Accueil froid, avons obtenu logement très petit avec mezzanine. Concept original style loft. Plateau thé café, climatisation, lave vaisselle et four prévus sur la description mais inexistants. Plafond de la mezzanine à 1,65 m ! Lit à même le sol ! Pour la partie basse, pour seule table une table de salon à 30 cms du canapé ! Et en apothéose : marcher dans la douche pour aller au toilettes en prenant soin de passer les jambes sous le lavabo !!! Inadmissible !

Keskeinen sijainti, ilmastointi/jäähdytys toimi erinomaisesti. Sänky hajosi, toki korjattiin päivän aikana.

Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.

Todella siisti ja hyvällä maulla toteutettu asunto. Sijainti on myös erinomainen. Ainoa miinus siitä että asunnosta puuttui kahvinkeitin.
