El Sol Monteverde

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren unglaublich abwechslungsreich und sehr wohlschmeckend. Die Servicebereitschaft ging weit über das zu erwartende Pensum hinaus. Bereits zwei Tage im Voraus hat das Team via WhatsApp Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und uns die beste Fahrtroute zugesandt. Bei Reservierungen für Nationalparks oder Ausflug Touren gab es eine super Unterstützung auch kurzfristig. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Servicebereitschaft.

Die Mahlzeiten werden sehr professionell in den Wohneinheiten serviert. Die Möglichkeiten dort zu essen, könnten von der Sitzgelegenheit verbessert werden. Man saß schon etwas zusammen, gesunken, auf den Stühlen oder an den Tischen.

Breakfasts were great (each of several choices). Decor of our suite of rooms were cheerful, most pleasing and innovative, in keeping with El Sol theme. Landscaping of grounds was lovely. View across the valley to distant mountains, grasslands and forests was extraordinary. Sian, the manager who greeted us and filled us in on many useful details was kind, informative and interesting. She suggested which of several nearby nature reserves it would be best for us to visit and arranged excellent guide to help us navigate the reserve.

The location overlooking the valley and the sunset was amazing. The cottages were beautifully decorated with every detail artistic and well thoughtful. We even had an outdoor jacuzzi! The pool overlooked the valley. Breakfast was delicious.
