Oasis Botique Motel

Wouldn’t be able to saw we like anything about this place since we were not able to stay! Booked through Expedia and they listed 24 hour front desk but when we arrived at 145 an the front desk was closed and the night bell didn’t bring anyone to door! Had to stay at the local roach motel as no other place had vacancy! Called the guy in the am to discuss and he didn’t care! Says his site lists till midnight! False advertising by Expedia! Called their clams to dispute and they didn’t care and did nothing. Spent 120$ for a motel we couldn’t use. The area around the hotel is sketchy as well! Will never use Expedia again or the hotel company!

Cute property- while vintage scrupulously clean and everyone has been SOOO nice! (And the restaurant was also great - anything chile is a win!)

The Decor was Very Nice & Comfortable! The Room has a Very Home- like feeling and the area around is convenient. Well Worth it! The room Rates are Excellent by the way ☺

I got there at around 10pm.There was no one at the front desk.Rang the bell a few times then someone showed up.There is supposed to be service 24 hours per the website.The beds,bathroom and toilet look good but floor cleaning not done well.There was dust behind the bedside table that has accumulated for a while.There was the same accumulated dust behind the dresser and a water bottle that has been there for months considering the amount of dust on it.Same accumulated dust on the floor at the headboard of the bed.There was a bag of candy that has been there for months too.I moved the chair and there was a lid to something.The curtains were ripped.This is one of the worst places I have ever slept.I was not able to have a restful sleep due to the dust.Left after a few hours of sleep because of my allergies.

This used to be one great place until this past visit. Check in was fine! However the next morning is when things went sour. We got a knock on the door around 9:45am asking if we were smoking in the room, I was still in bed. I then got up to shower while my husband went for breakfast. As I was getting dressed the same man knocking at 9:45am now entered my room, no knock, walked in....I was naked. This is not okay ok any level. Smoking or not what is the need to come inside the room at 10:30am unannounced. I will never stay here again. We let them keep the next nights fees and left! Never stay here...go to Travelodge it is the best in Raton!

The photo makes the room seem much larger than it really is... Nice hotel, nothing fancy, nothing boutique. My kids thought it was like something out of the past. I agree, the wood paneling and decor were so 50s or 60s. Good restaurant on site. Lots of locals and popular breakfast stop.

Very quiet and cute old time motel. Very clean and comfy

It is very old. Needs updating. Took forever to check in because the owner is the cook. Restaurant had great food. I won’t be returning

I’ve stayed at several places in Raton and by far this one is the best.

Slow check in..Owners Busy trying to go home... I get it, fine.. no coffee shop as listed, cafe doesn’t open until 11 so no breakfast to even buy..inconvenient...no coffee in room, no internet password, tv didn’t work.. nobody answers phone... no desk agent to help. May be a 1 star at best... quiet decent bed.shower.... that’s it.
